For crane quotes, technical questions, spare parts and after-sales service, please write to [email protected]. It is now the one email address for all three BOB-LIFT websites: this crane site, our group site boblift.com and our loader site bobliftloader.com. If you saved our older crane address, [email protected], your messages still reach us, but we recommend writing to [email protected] so we can reply to you faster. Our phone, WhatsApp and website addresses do not change.
Key Takeaways
- Use [email protected] for every BOB-LIFT crane enquiry: quotes, specifications, parts and after-sales service.
- One address for three websites: bobliftcrane.com, boblift.com and bobliftloader.com.
- [email protected] still receives mail, but we recommend the new address for a faster reply.
- Nothing else changes. Phone and WhatsApp stay +86 158 5249 9415, and the enquiry form on this site sends your message to [email protected].

Only the crane email moves. If you already write to us about loaders, dumpers or the group, you are using the right address.
Please update your saved contact
You may have [email protected] in your address book, on one of our older brochures or business cards, or in an earlier email thread. Please replace it with [email protected]. When you reply to an older email from us, you can simply change the recipient to the new address.
Why one email for the whole group
All three websites belong to one company, Xuzhou BOB-LIFT Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. If you buy more than one type of machine from us, for example a truck-mounted crane and a mini dumper for the same fleet, all your questions now go to the same inbox. You no longer need to remember which address belongs to which product line.
How to send a crane enquiry that we can answer quickly
Whichever channel you use, these details help us reply with a usable answer first time:
- The crane type and model, or the capacity you need. Our knuckle boom and telescopic boom truck-mounted cranes, marine cranes and pickup cranes pages list current models.
- Your truck or vessel: chassis brand and model, or deck space and power for a marine crane.
- The job: typical load, outreach and working height.
- Destination port or city and the quantity, so we can include shipping in the quotation.
