The BLZ90K5TJ is a 4.6 ton knuckle boom marine crane. It lifts 4,600 kg at 1.9 m, 1,000 kg at 8 m and 590 kg at its full 11.7 m reach, with a 90 kN·m maximum lifting moment and 360° slewing. It weighs 1,520 kg.
The BLZ90K5TJ is the long-reach option in the 4–5 t knuckle boom class: four boom sections reach 11.7 m and still lift 590 kg there. That reach suits quays, barges and work pontoons where boats moor a few metres away, or vessels that load cargo across a wide deck. It is rated at 4,600 kg at 1.9 m and weighs 1,520 kg.
We size a marine crane by the load and the radius you need, not by vessel length. Send us the heaviest load, the furthest point it must reach and a deck drawing, and we check them against the BLZ90K5TJ load chart and the deck space it needs when folded.
These figures come from the BLZ90K5TJ dimension drawing. Your shipyard or naval architect designs the pedestal and the deck reinforcement for the crane’s 1,520 kg self weight and its 90 kN·m maximum lifting moment.
| Base plate | 680 × 680 mm |
|---|---|
| Mounting bolt holes | 24 × Ø22 mm |
| Bolt pattern | 600 × 600 mm |
| Centre hole in the base plate | Ø300 mm |
| Folded size (L × W × H) | 2,483 × 902 × 2,061 mm |
| Self weight | 1,520 kg |
| Max. lifting moment | 90 kN·m |
We can adapt the mounting to your vessel’s deck, for example by changing the pedestal height. Download the BLZ90K5TJ dimension drawing (PDF)
The T in BLZ90K5TJ marks the marine version, which receives a multi-layer anti-rust treatment for salt air and spray. How long a crane lasts in a harbour still depends on routine care: rinse it with fresh water after salt-water work, grease the slewing bearing and pins on schedule, and check hoses, fittings and the winch rope for corrosion and wear.

FAQ
Send the load, working radius, lifting height, site access and destination. The engineering team will confirm whether the standard configuration fits before quotation.
BOB-LIFT can adjust configuration around lifting radius, site access, operation scenario and destination requirements.
Lead time depends on the configuration, order quantity and destination. We confirm it in writing with your quotation.
Each order ships with a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus the product documents required for the confirmed order.
We can mount the crane on your truck before shipping. For installation on site, our team provides installation guidance and remote technical support, and our Service & Operation page has short videos on checks before and during lifting.
Cranes carry a 12-month warranty. Send the model, serial number and a photo or video of the issue; our team guides the repair and ships the parts.
